A selection of breads with spreads

Baked chicken breast on a pressed potato & bacon bake  w lemon sautéed green beans, pan roasted cherry tomatoes & a portobello mushroom cream sauce.

Roasted lamb rump served medium rare on mashed potato w honey & rosemary roasted parsnip, blanched broccoli & mint jus.
or
Oven roasted fresh Stewart Island salmon fillet w gourmet potatoes, seasonal vegetables, hollandaise sauce, crispy fried capers & avocado oil drizzle.
Dessert
A plate of sweet treats including-
White chocolate & pistachio truffles, mini banoffee pie,    chocolate cream filled profiteroles & fresh strawberries with    dark chocolate dipping sauce.
